Roger Davies is a Chartered Engineer who began his career in manufacturing, initially working on robotic automation for Lesney and product design at ESSO before joining Plessey, where he took a leading role in applying three, at that time, revolutionary advances, Activity-Based Costing, IDEF0 process modelling and computer simulation. Subsequently Roger grew the concept of Value Management into a key proposition within the international consultancy Admiral Management Services, now Logica, and in 2002 he founded Impact Dynamics Limited, which is dedicated to business performance transformation.

As a systems architect with an economics background, Rich Harding was the ideal person to adopt the Value Management Toolset™
and turn it into an industry-strength tool. He left his role as a Technical Analyst with British Telecommunications PLC to create CSS Computing
in 1998 and spent many years developing both web and standalone applications,
notably in the telecoms and insurance sectors, also first becoming involved with the Impact Dynamics website in 2004. Rich overhauled and developed
the Value Management Toolset™ over several years, whilst also being trained in its practical application in business, and becoming the lead
modeller for the Market Dynamics Model which we develop and operate on behalf of Pay.UK.

Alex is a computer programmer and researcher in artificial intelligence, specialising in the logical and mathematical foundations of
value-aligned artificial agents. During his studies at King's and Imperial College London, Alex has helped academic and business stakeholders
to develop both web applications and data analytic platforms for a number of clients ranging from retail payments to public health. Notably,
Alex became involved with Impact Dynamics in late 2016, helping to port the Value Management Toolsetâ„¢ to a web-based version and support the
development of the Market Dynamics Model that is developed and operated on behalf of Pay.UK. Alex is currently completing a PhD in the UKRI CDT
in Safe and Trusted AI but continues to work on a small number of freelance projects, as well as editing the Arts section of Felix, the Imperial
College Newspaper.

Adam Davies has worked for Impact Dynamics for over seven years, training in Value Management while following a Degree in Business Management and American Studies at Winchester University, in which he graduated with first class honours. During this time, Adam developed his interest in value creation through self-learning and specialist training in stock trading, subsequently moving to Melbourne Australia in order to complete a Masters in Applied Finance at the Monash University Business School. Adam also worked on developing Impact Dynamics' suite of Value Management toolsets.

Jacqui has had a diverse and well travelled 30 year career. Originally graduating from The University of the Arts, London (The London College of Fashion), she worked as a Theatrical Costumier for the National Theatre, and subsequently held international positions as a Norland-trained nanny as well as working in many sectors of health care. She is also qualified in IT and website design. Jacqui has worked for Impact Dynamics for 3 years and, in addition to covering office management, Jacqui is managing the company's new website and social media resources.

David is a seasoned consultant with particular expertise in the financial sector, business architecture and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). David helped shape the more advanced causal techniques used in the IMPACT framework and incorporated within the Value Management Toolsetâ„¢ and continues to work on its application to major infrastructural change in payments. He has worked in the finance sector for over twenty years, starting his career with the Inter Bank Research Organisation (IBRO), where he worked on the business base for electronic payments. Subsequently he developed card strategy and developed the use of analytical CRM techniques for TSB Group. More recently, he has spent over ten years with Logica's Financial Services practice, working internationally on payments infrastructure refresh and bank transformations, always seeking to understand how target operating models will add value for stakeholders.

Jon is a an experienced consultant, writer, speaker and commentator, having worked in and around information technology for 23 years. He started his career as a programmer, moving into systems administration and IT management before working as a consultant in software design and a network management for clients in many different sectors. For the past 11 years Jon has been working as an IT industry analyst for firms including Bloor Research, IDC and Freeform Dynamics, working in areas such as IT security, information management and cloud computing. Jon was named "European Analyst of the Year" in 2009 by the Institute of Industry Analyst Relations. Today, Jon continues to investigate the social and business impacts of digital technologies as part of his more general research into where IT is heading.
