Elaine is an established leader in benefits-driven Business Intelligence (BI), having pioneered the use of Data Mining and Predictive Modelling combined with Value Management across business scenarios in many industry sectors. Clean enterprise data and advanced analytics were significant omissions in the Value Management approach, whilst causal modelling was a key missing link for Elaine's approach to building enterprise BI solutions. Consequently, we partnered with Elaine in her role as BI Practice Director at Logica and in her current capacity at IBM, combining the strengths of Dynamics Modelling and BI to build Dynamic Performance Management solutions.
